Living room in Philly

I was staying at my friend’s apartment in Philadelphia over the summer of 2021. One morning I came down the stairs and found the living room bathed in morning sunshine, it made the entire space feel bright and colorful and comfortable. I captured the moment in a monoprint, and then turned the monoprint plate (to the right) into a series of CMYK screen prints, where I experimented with layering different colors on top of each other.
